Michelin cuisine at the winery
Llopart was chosen to be part of the Barcelona’s Mediterranean Experience 2019 (BMG’19); a gastronomic, enological and cultural event organized by Romero Premium Networking that gathered during three days some of the key figures in the Catalan gastronomy. The attendees had the opportunity to enjoy the cuisine proposals made by the Roca brothers at Mas Marroch; Carme Ruscalleda and Raul Balam at Blanc; or Carlos Pérez and Carles Gaig at the Old Damm Brewery; amongst other top chefs of the Catalan cuisine scene.
We received the guests last Friday, October 24th, and offered them a walking tour through the winery and the colorful autumn vineyards. Zoltan Nagy, BMG’s Wine Connoisseur took over from there and guided the attendees through the pairing of our long aged sparkling wines with the snacks created by Xavier Lahuerta, Mercer Hotel Group Executive Chef, and with the menu conceived by Joel Castañé, from the Michelin starred restaurant La Boscana, in Lleida.
