We would like to inform you that our farmers working in the Heretat Can Llopart vineyards are currently green pruning our vineyards.
This process consists in removing the first leaves and shoots that have grown in the stock during the springtime, so that the plant has a good ventilation and sun exposure throughout the months of grape ripening.
In some selected vineyards, the green pruning takes place several times. It is one of the practices that allow us to get the best quality out of our ‘cava’ and wines.
