Llopart hands over 4.605€ to the foundation Amics Joan Petit – nens amb càncer
Subirats, December 23rd 2020 – Last Monday we received Joan Torner, president of the foundation Amics Joan Petit – Nens amb cáncer, to whom we handed over the funds collected throughout this year. A check for 4.605€ was delivered to this foundation, that aims to the care of children with cancer and their relatives, the disclosure of this problem and the investigation of the disease.
The funds were raised during the Solidarity Open Doors Day that took place in October, 12th, and also throughout the year with the sales of our Most Flor de Xarel·lo, our grape juice.
Besides this, we have sent a bottle of Most Flor de Xarel·lo to all the children hospitalized in the following clinics: Hospital de Sant Pau, Sant Joan de Déu and Vall d’Hebrón in Barcelona, Germans Trias i Pujol in Badalona, Parc Taulí in Sabadell, Arnau de Lleida, Sant Joan de Reus and Joan XXIII de Tarragona.
Most Flor de Xarel·lo is an organic grape juice, made from free-run Xarel·lo must and is 100% natural, additive-free. The project originated six years ago, and it is now part of The Secret Life of Plants.
