This year we celebrate the 640th harvest since that year 1385 in which Bernardus Leopardi inherited the farmhouse and the lands that today make up the nucleus of Can Llopart. A number that not only speaks of the past, but also of the path we continue to trace. With more than six centuries of history, we have learned that tradition is being faithful to what you believe in. It is persevering. It is following, year after year, with constancy, respect and passion for the land. Today we reap the fruits of what generations before sowed with effort and determination.

The 2025 harvest began on August 12 , with the earliest varieties and vines; and was staggered over the following weeks until September 13. We monitor each vineyard to determine the ideal time to harvest, and we harvest by hand to preserve the integrity of the grapes from our 102 hectares of organic mountain vineyards to the maximum.

This year, in Llopart we have carried out a night and morning harvest for the first time in our history. We start the harvest at night, with the support of high-efficiency LED headlights and tractor headlights, and thus avoid that the harvesters have to work under the high temperatures of the peak hours, and we ensure that the grapes arrive fresher at the winery, reducing the need for refrigeration before pressing. The proximity of the vineyards to the winery, together with the manual harvest in small trailers and boxes, guarantees a quick arrival and in optimal conditions, which allows us to preserve the quality of the grapes, improve working conditions and significantly reduce energy consumption and our ecological footprint .

It has been a harvest that has been described as excellent, in which the average yields we had before the drought we have suffered in recent years have been recovered.
